Byron Bay, Ballina, Tweed and Lismore LGAs, the following restrictions apply:

😷Masks will be mandatory from 5pm 31/03 while shopping and using public transport, taxis and ride-sharing services and mandatory for hospitality workers. 
β˜• The four-square-metre rule will apply in hospitality venues, where patrons must also be seated. 
🏠 Visitors in homes will be capped at 30.
🎸 Discussions about Bluesfest Byron Bay underway. 

The State Government is also recommending people in those council areas do not travel elsewhere, however this will not be policed.

⚠ NSW Health says anyone who attended the following venues must immediately self isolate and get tested, then remain in isolation for 14 days regardless of the result:
